£50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits

Operations Manager required by an established and fast-growing pensions consultancy based in Newcastle. Due to continued growth, this exciting firm is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Pensions Administration and Payroll function.

You will provide management and support to the existing teams with a focus on aspects such as commercial, people, client and process development. You will concentrate on staff retention, staff development and the operational running of the office. You will Assist on tendering processes, creating responses to tenders and leading the administration aspects of full-service tenders whilst conducting client assignments such as trustee secretarial appointments, project work and client relationship management.

You will be working as an operations manager or line manager within a pension’s provider, consultancy or third-party administrator and have at least 4 years’ experience.
