£42,000 to £48,000 plus benefits

T & C Manager required by this highly regarded wealth manager that provides a range of financial planning advice to HNW clients. They have an excellent reputation within the IFA arena, and they continue to grow the business organically and through acquisition.

You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the T&C scheme including observations, KPIs, coaching, training needs analysis and implementation, one to one reviews, assessments and record keeping, ensuring all guidelines and requirements are implemented effectively throughout the business.

Applicants will be experienced T&C professionals currently working within a Financial Services environment including exposure to retirement planning and investment advice. You will also demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, industry qualifications and strong relationship skills. The firm offers an excellent range of flexible benefits which includes bonus and pension.
