£20,000 to £24,000 plus bonus (OTE £35,000 year 1, £50,000 + year 2)

JohnstonGreer is a specialist recruitment firm operating within the Actuarial, Insurance, Mortgage, Pension and Wealth sectors dealing with a wide range of jobs including technical, support, sales, and advice. We are continuing to grow and currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing and owning your own portfolio of clients, responsible for new business development, candidate attraction, relationship building, target achievement and the ongoing management of the recruitment process.

You will currently be a recruiter with at least 6 months experience operating in the Financial Services, Legal or Insurance markets. We are looking for motivated, driven and ambitious individuals to help shape and grow our business.

You will be provided with a basic salary, excellent bonus/commission structure and many opportunities to progress your career.
