£35,000 to £45,000 plus benefits

Pensions Team Manager opportunity with one of the UK's leading pension consultancies. This successful firm is seeking a Team Manager to manage a team of talented DC Pension Administrators.

You will manage a team of up to 10 Pension Administrators, who are working on a portfolio of medium sized DC pension schemes. You will cover everything from client relationship management, monthly 121's, performance reviews, allocation of work, HR duties and day to day man-management. It is imperative you have technical knowledge of either DB or DC schemes, as you may be involved in client/trustee meetings.

The role will be based remotely for the foreseeable future, with then a working pattern of 3 days per week in the Wokingham office.
