JohnstonGreer are currently working with a leading pension consultancy in Middlesbrough who are looking to welcome an experienced Pensions call centre agent to their hugely successful team.
As part of the Channel Services Team, Call Centre Agents will be the first point of contact for all customers via telephone and the web (including Members, Clients/Employers, Trustees and other customers). The role is responsible for providing an efficient and professional telephone service to ensure customer requests and queries are processed through the correct channel.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a good understanding of the Pensions processes, although you will not need to understand the full details behind the processes.
Call Centre Agents will be expected to handle a continuous flow of calls, therefore, the ability to work under pressure and within prescribed SLA’s is essential.
