A well known and reputable pensions consultancy is looking for an experienced team manager to manage a team of DB Pension Administrators. You will be responsible for man managing the team, HR duties, training and development of staff, technical assistance, recruitment, monthly 121's, attendance at client meetings and ensuring the smooth running of the Pensions Administration department.

In return, you will be rewarded with a generous salary, discretionary bonus and large benefits package which included flexible working hours.

You must have at least 2 years experience managing teams within a pensions administration environment.
