£18,000 to £23,000 plus benefits and bonus (FTE)

Part-time Office Administrator required by this national Financial Services firm that distributes their products directly with clients and via the intermediary channel. The current growth in the business has resulted in further expansions in the team.

You will be the first point of contact within the firm, providing administrative support across the Reading office. This will be a busy and dynamic role where you will be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, handling any incoming telephone enquiries and redirecting these to the relevant departments and meeting and greeting clients as they arrive for meetings.

Working closely with the office manager and the support team, you will ensure stationery and stock levels are maintained in addition to issuing visitor passes and building access cards whilst showing guests to the relevant meeting rooms.

Applicants must have previous experience working as an office administrator or receptionist with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Positive, friendly approach with the confidence to deal with people at all levels. Previous experience within Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential.
