£90,000 to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits

A highly reputable, employee-owned pension consultancy is seeking a Trusteeship Lead, to provide independent pensions secretariat, governance and trustee services to a portfolio occupational pension schemes, as well as leading the Trustee Services Team.

You will manage and develop your own portfolio of DB/DC clients and support the Head of Trusteeship to provide leadership and support to the Trustee Services team. In addition, you will be the go-to person for the trustee team on a day-to-day basis on all Trustee Services activities. This role will be 70% portfolio work and 30% management of the existing team of Independent Trustees.

The future intention of this role is that the Trusteeship Lead will transition over time to Head of Trusteeship and run the Trustee Services area of the business.

The successful candidate should ideally be an accredited Professional Trustee, with 5 years’ experience of acting as a Trustee and ideally a fellow or associate of the PMI.
