£19,000 to £23,000 plus benefits, bonus, and exam support 

IFA Administrator required by a well established regional Tax and Accountancy firm that provides advice to HNW individuals and wealthy families. The business continues to grow, and they now wish to recruit an additional IFA Administrator to work in support to the Financial Planners.

As the IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the IFAs where your duties will include recommendations, reviews, processing new business, quotations, valuations and preparing packs for client meetings. The role will involve high levels of client servicing, database management, client correspondence and regular contact directly with clients and providers.

Successful candidates will have experience of working in an Adviser support role with exposure to Financial Planning across Pensions and Investments. Applicants should have the ability to demonstrate excellent knowledge, awareness of current markets and an understanding of the industry regulations.
