IFA Administrator

£23,000 to £28,000 plus benefits

Financial Planning Administrator required by this highly successful firm of Wealth Managers that provides advice to HNW Private Clients across investments and retirement planning. You can remain as a professional IFA Administrator forever or move into paraplanning in a couple of years.

As the IFA Administrator you will be responsible for –

• new business including application processing
• servicing existing client records including database management
• compliance
• valuations and quotes
• client communications
• liaison with external Providers
• platform work
• providing all other administration support directly to clients and the IFAs.

Applicants must have Advisor support experience within a Financial Planning environment plus excellent administration and communication skills. The firm offers a full range of benefits which includes pension and exam support (if required).
