£55,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits
Employee Benefits Consultant required by this highly reputable pension consultancy. Due to continued growth and expansion, this successful firm is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to support new business development. This role would suit a current New Business/EB Consultant with experience in Group Risk, Pensions and Healthcare.
You will be responsible for developing new business through enhancing current relationships and sourcing new potential sources through networking. You will cover mainly the South although relationships can be built in any part of the UK. You also be servicing a small portfolio of SME clients covering Group Risk, Healthcare and Pensions.
You will be provided with a solid base salary, discretionary bonus (between 10% and 25%) and a range of additional flexible benefits. This role will be home based, with occasional travel to the office and client meetings.
Successful applicants will be experienced EB Consultants with a track record of relationship management and business development at Board level with SME firms. You must also have the appropriate skill set required to manage existing relationships and develop new connections.
