JohnstonGreer is currently working closely with one of the leading pensions and actuarial firms with key operational presence in Birmingham. Due to continued success and growth, this successful firm is seeking a Deputy Pensions Administration Manager to lead a motivated team.

You will be leading a team of 3 Pension Administrators who look after 2 of the firms’ key clients, large Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. You will be responsible for team management, mentoring, training, complex cases, client relationship management and operating closely with the senior management team.

This role will suit a current Senior Pensions Administrator with DB/DC experience who is looking to make the step up into management.
