Team Management opportunity within a busy third-party pension’s administration firm based in Darlington. Due to increasing workloads and growth, this well-known firm is seeking a Team Manager to manage a team of call centre agents.
You will be managing a team of call centre agents, who deal with queries and a high number of inbound calls from pension scheme members, financial advisers, trustees and clients. You will be responsible for hitting daily targets, meetings SLA’s and managing inbound complaints or complex queries. You will motivate the team, carry out 121’s, manage HR processes and day to day man management duties.
The ideal candidate will be working in a busy inbound call centre environment, ideally within financial services or pensions.
