£19,000 to £24,000 plus benefits and bonus

IFA Administrator required by this highly successful Chartered Financial Advice firm who have close to 300 combined years’ experience in the industry. They have numerous locations throughout Scotland and have been providing advice to clients at different stages of their lives across a wide range of Financial Planning areas including Pensions, Investments and Tax Planning.

As the IFA Administrator, you will be supporting the Independent Financial Advisors who provide WOM advice to clients, where your responsibilities will include ongoing servicing of existing clients, preparing for client meetings, new business processing and database management. You will be experienced in carrying out valuations, illustrations and quotations whilst liaising with Providers, Clients and Individuals daily.

Applicants must have experience supporting Financial Planners, preferably within an IFA environment and have high levels of accuracy in their work whilst remaining professional at all times. Any progress towards the Level 4 qualifications will be advantageous.
